By creating an account or using FanPlan you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

FanPlan helps football fans plan away trips, check in at venues, and share fan experiences. Features may change; we strive for accuracy but do not guarantee fixture, transport, or third-party data.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or legal compliance.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, illegal content, scraping at scale, or attempts to breach security.

Check-in and location features must be used honestly and in line with stadium rules and local law.

5. Affiliate & partner links

Trip planner and club pages may show links to official ticket sellers, hotels, and flight search partners. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partner availability and prices are controlled by the third party; we do not guarantee ticket availability or booking success.

6. Subscriptions

Paid tiers are billed per store/platform terms. Refunds follow Apple/Google policies where applicable.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU consumer law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses; mandatory rights under your country of residence remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Disputes: competent courts in Italy, or your local courts where EU consumer rules apply.
